The Service provides users with tools to interact with their Reddit account, including but not limited to features like "Deepsearch" which may involve submitting prompts to and receiving generated content from third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) providers (such as Google Gemini and OpenAI). To use most features of the Service, you must authenticate using your Reddit account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Reddit account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service may generate content based on your User Content, including reports or analyses from the "Deepsearch" feature which may utilize AI. While we strive to provide useful and accurate information, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated by the Service, including AI-generated content. The use of such content is at your own risk.
Ownership of content generated by AI services may be subject to the terms of those third-party AI providers.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER ThreadSifter NOR ANYONE WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE (INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT) WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ThreadSifter, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service (including AI-generated content).
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing use of the Service and, if applicable, revoking the Service's access to your Reddit account via your Reddit settings.
All matters relating to the Service and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California in and for the County of Santa Clara. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Service thereafter. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
